Dual synchronous localization and mapping

Spatial Perception

Dual SLAM is a multi-sensor fusion SLAM algorithm that uses a combination of different sensors such as lidar, IMU, encoder, RGB-D depth cameras, and ultrasonic radar. It realizes accurate and efficient real-time positioning in complex and mixed scenarios such as restaurants.

3D Obstacle Avoidance

In the quest for greater safety, the BellaBot delivery robot is equipped with 3D sensors that have a detection range of over 30 feet, allowing it to stop instantly or move away in any direction once it runs into obstacles.

3 RGB-D depth cameras provide BellaBot the strongest 3D perception yet. The robot can accurately detect obstacles and come to a stop with a reaction time of just 0.5 seconds.

Local Grid Connectivity

Each Bellabot can communicate directly with any other robot in the same grid and make decisions quickly without the need for a central computing node, comparable to human interaction.

Optional Cloud Services

To deliver an even better guest experience, an optional subscription to our powerful cloud services enables smart catering options. These include system integration with (existing) ordering and point-of-sale systems, touchless full-dining, fleet management, and other smart features increasing revenue and reducing operating costs.
